By accessing or using NexChat AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
NexChat AI provides a multi-tenant chatbot platform that allows users to create, train, customize, and deploy AI assistants powered by Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice.
3. User Registration and Account Security
To access certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content and Training Data
You retain all rights to the training data (PDFs, text, crawled websites) you upload or provide to the platform. By uploading content, you grant NexChat AI a limited, secure license to process and index your content solely for the purpose of running your chatbot.
5. Fair Use & Prohibited Actions
You agree not to use the service to generate harmful, illegal, abusive, or copyright-infringing content. Any attempt to abuse the API keys, crawl websites without permission, or circumvent subscription/beta limits will result in immediate suspension.
6. Limitation of Liability
NexChat AI is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the platform after updates are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
